I don’t understand the biochemistry at all, but “eyes are used as primary interface” resonates with me.
When I was doing spelunking (2020, 2021), I was disconnecting the link. The interesting part is, upon exiting the cave, I was feeling this unexpected huge pressure and tiredness of the eyes and the muscles around the eyes, that would last two hours.

Are refectacles, (they look to be in the green spectrum) the same you'd use when using red light therapy. I have them and they look almost identical, but you also need the mirroring effect as well.
