When we are talking about the Internet of Bodies superhighway, we are talking about transmission of Quantum Information in terahertz frequencies. Which is to say, using infrared (IR) otherwise known as Photons (light).
Infrared (IR) is an issue since it cannot be mitigated the same way as EMF’s. Infrared activation of Luciferase, which is being used to stimulate reduced Graphene Oxide into the terahertz band, to transmit Quantum information between the Clathrin neural interface and the Quantum cloud. 1
GO and rGO are also activated in the infrared spectrum between 1240-2485nm and Luciferase is activated at 450-570 nm. Infrared activation will occur specifically through your eyes, prefrontal cortex and neck. All your devices with monitors will be emitting both infrared and Blue-Green light.

With respect to how deep infrared penetration can occur we believe that most is in the form of “near infrared” which can penetrate 0.5-5 mm deep. We recommend avoiding all infrared treatment devices and saunas and to protect your skin especially your eyes and face even when outdoors. Coconut oils can help reflect infrared as will reflective clothing. Black clothing can absorb most infrared. Aluminum is the only material that will absorb all infrared. I guess the tin-foil hats were right all along.
Biolumination for the Singularity is primarily based on infrared, the EMF’s simply provide the power. All communication is being done via infrared in the terahertz band. While everyone is trying to mitigate EMF’s, the communication with the Quantum Computer continues.
Don’t get me wrong you still have to mitigate EMFs, BUT by using your devices the IR component continues working.
GO and rGO are excited by near and far infrared. The article “Near-infrared emitting graphene quantum dots synthesized from reduced graphene oxide for in vitro/in vivo/ex vivo bioimaging application” shows that rGO RELEASES INFRARED AT 950 nm. 4
What are Infrared Waves (IR):
“Infrared waves, or infrared light, are part of the electromagnetic spectrum. People encounter Infrared waves every day; the human eye cannot see it, but humans can detect it as heat.
“A remote control uses light waves just beyond the visible spectrum of light—infrared light waves—to change channels on your TV. This region of the spectrum is divided into near-, mid-, and far-infrared. Again, light is a Photon.
If GO is energized with EMF and IR, it emits IR. Communication to and from the GO is done using IR.
Prolonged exposure to IR radiation causes a gradual but irreversible opacity of the lens. Other forms of damage to the eye from IR exposure include scotoma, which is a loss of vision due to the damage to the retina. Even low-level IR absorption can cause symptoms such as redness of the eye, swelling, or hemorrhaging.

In this research they were modifying the BEHAVIOUR of rats. This research is similar to studies on the Rwandan Genocide where magnetic fields were implicated in the behaviour modifications of millions of people that led to the genocide of over one million people in 3 months. Vitaliano’s team started with a NASA patent written by Gary Sayler where they used a Vibrio bacteria Luciferase to enhance biolumination in organisms, specifically eukaryotic cells (ie animal cells). Vitaliano built up on that research and developed a means to get GO into cells using Clathrin proteins that would power up, providing the electricity to enhance biolumination. 12
Is LUCIFERASE the power pack or is Graphene Oxide the power pack? THEY WORK TOGETHER! Either way, what we do know is that INFRARED is the COMMUNICATION COMPONENT. 13

They describe a method to enhance biolumination in a Vibrio bacterial LUCIFERASE species that can be used in human eukaryotic cells. More than 3000 satellites currently comprise SpaceX’s Starlink network, which provides high-speed internet to more than 600,000 locations in the United States, often in remote or previously unserved and underserved areas. Some of the frequencies in which the satellites transmit toward Earth are adjacent to radio astronomy allocations. Operating the satellites without mitigations could impact ground-based radio, optical and infrared astronomy facilities.

What can absorb infrared radiation?
Water vapor, carbon dioxide, methane, and other trace gasses in Earth's atmosphere absorb the longer wavelengths of outgoing infrared radiation from Earth's surface.
Does aluminum foil reflect infrared?
The surface of aluminum has the ability NOT TO ABSORB, but TO REFLECT 95% of the infrared rays which strike it. Since aluminum foil has such a low mass to air ratio, very little conduction can take place, particularly when only 5% of the rays are absorbed.
And of course we are back to... the tin foil hat.

Have you looked in to this fellow Dr. Miah's work yet? I believe he was targeted after publishing his work about how CV appears to be a radiation, sensor-induced illness. In this paper he shares countermeasures that worked for him, based on his experiments with dogs and cats, himself. Somehow, Dr. Miah feels that the f-wittery happens via the optical nerves. Related to opsin? Optogenics?
