In The Franco Vitaliano patent he mentions the activation of these Clathrin Nanotechnology, that they can be activated at very low frequencies such as a table lamp or at very high frequencies such as an MRI. Since brain cells operate in the 0-100 Hz range we believe the low frequencies are intended for brain manipulation whereas the high frequencies are intended for communication transmission.
An interesting comment re: sonification of graphene (sorry, I can't seem to find the link to this quote). This fellow sells a frequency set to do the following to degrade and eliminate graphene:

The Neurophone uses a lot of batteries, this something to consider if you want to incorporate into your protective lifestyle, particularly when you are outdoors. I'm looking forward to getting your pink noise generator. I have the Sharper Image white noise. Is it still protective to run for ambient blocking anyways? The Walkman and earphones... I'm not sure how this should be set-up. I have all the components but how it all gets put together, I'm afraid I need more details. This is very important.
