Hi Shaun, love the info you put together. Iron sure is tricky, isn't it? Many take iron supplements, which are literally iron shavings that create a fenton reaction (inflammation).

Iron balance also mitigates levels of copper, both of which are how the MHC gene (regulates immune and nerve function) can get set to a chronic state of inflammation via EMF.

I eat some red meat every day, I get my iron like that. I don't waste money on any supplements, in fact without any specific prompting except my growing distrust of the system in its entirety and the lues and deceit of many, I stopped taking most of the few I took over a year ago and completely stopped last summer.

I have also cut out all grains, fresh fruit, a lot of veg (all roots), and sugar. No scurvy (lol), and no illness this winter so far. In fact I had more illness when I was using supplements and especially when I started taking vit D (aka rat poison). All supplements are poison like most things (including foods) produced in factories, ingest them at your peril.
