We promised our readers that we would try to find a modality that is “Dualistic” and allows for the separation of the Mind and body, thereby preserving the true intentions of our Soul’s “Free Will.” We got a little carried away with the history behind this protocol so we decided to include it for our readers who want a little more discernment!
Dr. Dejan Rakovic, Gordana Vitaliano’s mentor, was practicing a very different form of acupuncture to heal his patients. The protocol was developed by Chinese scientist, Dr. Yingqing Zhan and is called ECIWO (Embryo Contains Information of the Whole Organism) and its “Application to Medicine”. The book is banned in China and no longer available online. 1
Acupuncture is said to be “Dualistic” and uses frequencies that direct the Mind to heal the body. The form of acupuncture delivered in this new protocol delivers extremely low frequencies that are even lower than the frequencies in homeopathic remedies!
Acupuncture grew out of ancient Chinese philosophies Dualistic cosmic theory of the yin and the yang. Why might this work? Because the Mind is your Soul, your higher Consciousness that connects you to the Divine.
Professor Zhang Yingqing authored another book titled “ECIWO Biology and Medicine: A New Theory of Conquering Cancer and a Completely New Acupuncture Therapy”.
This book is considered a significant contribution to the field of ECIWO acupuncture and its applications in medicine, particularly regarding cancer therapy. It presents an in-depth exploration of ECIWO biology and its therapeutic implications. The book is also banned in China and there are very few copies in circulation.
Dr. Dejan Rakovic refers to ECIWO as a Bioenergy-correction; an ancient way of correcting vital energy flow that is well known in many multi-millennial traditions, having withstood the test of time to this day, with some modern modifications. He doesn’t even acknowledge or refer to Dr. Zhangs’ work on ECIWO in his publications! According to Rakovic (paraphrased here): 2
“It should also be noted that the healing effects on the patient’s acupuncture system / Consciousness are often blocked by spiritual personal consent to the disease as a form of (self) punishment. Then prayers and self-love for oneself and others are necessary with the aim of ending (self) punishment. Performing spiritual integration of the personality, causes dis-entanglement of transpersonal energy blockages which then triggers the process of permanent healing.”
“This significantly contributes to our understanding that even the most severe psychosomatic disorders have their roots in energy-informational blockages, and that healing begins by removing them – first by loving oneself, accepting oneself and forgiving oneself, which is then manifested by loving others and accepting others (e.g. spiritually dis-entangling / unleashing repentant-forgiving prayer)! “

You see, Acupuncture itself is a Dualistic modality; Acupuncture grew out of ancient Chinese philosophy’s Dualistic cosmic theory of the yin and the yang. The yin, the female principle, is passive and dark and is represented by the earth; the yang, the male principle, is active and light and is represented by the heavens. Hence the “Body” and the “Mind”! Where “Free Will” is active and well.

The treatment modality Rakovic describes requires acupuncture points to be stimulated along with “Healing Prayers” from the “Collective” itself. The acupuncture points coincide with the actual synapses where neurotransmitters are released.
We now know that through the Vitaliano Patents that the neurotransmitters themselves have been replaced by Graphene Oxide so it’s an artificial system. I believe, in theory, that this “new” 21st century medicine is intended for the survivors of the Agenda 2030 Holocaust that is about to unfold.
Why? First, the article was recently published this year (February 2023); second, the treatment protocols requires the “Collective Consciousness” of everyone in society; third, the exact same technology was described to me by EQORIA’s Architect James Qor Angelo, in fact you can see on their site that they have a “med-lab” available to all that join their collective!
Oddly enough, Dejan Rakovic does not even mention nor give credit to the Chinese scientist Dr. Yingqing Zhang who discovered the ECIWO (Embryo Containing Information of the Whole Organism).

We were surprised to find that Dr. Dejan Rakovic is currently co-director of the European Center for Peace and Development (ECPD) University on “Quantum-Information Medicine” established by the United Nations and based on an agreement of long-term co-operation with the WHO for Traditional Medicine and Acupuncture and the Institute of Acupuncture of the Chinese Academy of TCM in Beijing.

The site quotes Dr. Andrew Weil, a Harvard graduate in the 60s who was engaged in Timothy Leary’s experimentation regarding Psychoactive drugs. Weil is also on record speaking disparagingly of conventional, evidence-based medicine, “that evidence-based medicine at its worst, ‘is exactly analogous to religious fundamentalism”. 9
This is the quote that appears on the ECPD University of Quantum-Information Medicine”:
“Imagine a world in which medicine was oriented toward healing rather than disease, where doctors believed in the natural healing capacity of human beings and emphasized prevention above treatment. In such a world doctors and patients would be partners working toward the same ends.”; Andrew Weil, MD. 10
Lecturers are eminent scientists, professors and experts in Quantum-information medicine with long-standing practical experience in the field of Quantum-information medicine.
This new ECPD educational program is based on the new holistic methods and devices of Quantum-information medicine, with special emphasis on the practical work on Quantum-information medicine. In the focus of these new methods, oriented on treating one’s whole being and not a disease as symptoms of disorders of such a whole are the body acupuncture system and Consciousness which proved to have Quantum-holographic information structure, with significant psychosomatic implications.
The current web page for Andrew Weils’ “Information Wellness Technology” (located in Dr. Rakovic’s Serbia) makes no reference of its affiliation with Rakovic or the United Nations Quantum University that hides behind it? Wonder why? Is it because the future of healthcare as we know it will be administered via frequencies they expose you to using computers? Those that comply get better, those that don’t suffer horrific consequences? 11 12
In this article, which was retracted, “A Discussion on Quantum Entanglement Theory and Acupuncture” the authors state: 13
“On the basis of the discovery above, the Quantum entanglement theory achieved mutual treatment among the relatives in acupuncture clinical practice and the therapeutic effects were significant.”
In other words, the Quantum Entanglement that they have now created in your body through the accumulation of Graphene Oxide, when combined with acupuncture treatment can treat the whole body and prevent disease! But not just any type of acupuncture, ECIWO Acupuncture! Which you can now administer yourself! 14
No computers or IoT required!
Hence, no “Collective Consciousness” to partake in. You see, it was Dr. Rakovic that added the “Collective” to this treatment which was not included by the initial founder of this protocol Dr. Yingqing Zhang! No where does Dr. Zhang mentions the IoT as a prerequisite for this type of healing. And the IoT can deliver both healing and non-healing frequencies depending on what mood your Transhumanist masters are in and/or if you’ve acted against them.
CIN translated Dr. Dejan Rakovic research platform on Consciousness and Acupuncture:
“Contemporary investigations of psychosomatic diseases suggest necessity of holistic methods (focusing on the body’s acupuncture system & Consciousness), oriented to treating man as a whole and not of disease as a symptom of disordered whole, suggesting their macroscopic Quantum origin – with significant global psychosomatic implications. 15 16
“So it might be said that there are three front lines of psychosomatic integrative medicine:
(i) “spirituality and circular (psycho / energy) therapies from all relevant meta-positions due to energy-informational disentanglement of the mental addresses of all persons involved in the problem, with the possibility of a potential permanent removal of mutual memory attractors on the level of collective Consciousness;”
TRANSLATION: Every day, every interaction that we have with others, leaves a trace within our energy. The more interactions we have, the more tangled our energy becomes with others. Eventually it becomes very difficult to know what our feelings are and what belongs to others.
GROUP PRAYER MAKES YOU FORGET WHO YOU ARE PERMANENTLY! YOU BECOME PART OF THE GROUP OR COLLECTIVE AND YOU DON’T THINK FOR YOURSELF. EVENTUALLY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR Mind OR Soul TO THE COLLECTIVE!
Dr. JJ. Hurtak who was part of the “Group of Nine” is doing group prayer right now. He was part of the Rauscher-Puharich group that helped to build the MATRIX.
However, one-on-one prayer where you speak to your Divine Consciousness, GOD directly and asking for guidance will not erase your Mind/Soul and maintain your “Free Will.” Why? Because you maintain your indiviDuality!
(ii) “(Quantum) holistic medicine and non-circular (psycho / energy) therapies, which temporarily remove the memory attractors on the level of the acupuncture system / individual Consciousness and prevent or alleviate their somatization, as a result of negligence on the first front line”;
TRANSLATION: He is saying that Acupuncture acts to TEMPORARILY REMOVE MEMORY of the individual’s Consciousness. Acupuncture basically allows the “Mind” to treat the “body” and although your “Mind-body” becomes “ONE” the effect is only temporary as the body heals.
After treatment you still maintain individual Consciousness…your Mind/Soul and thus your “Free Will” is not damaged. Here as well as in his current work, he stresses the importance of combining “Group Prayer” of the “Collective” and Acupuncture in treating illness. However, we propose that individual intentions to the “Divine Consciousness” (one-on-one prayer/direct connection) and Acupuncture will act to maintain the “Duality” of your Mind-body thus keeping your Soul or Free Will intact!
(iii) “symptomatic conventional medicine, which via immunology, pharmacology, biomedical diagnostics and surgery at the physical level prevents or alleviates somatic consequences of carelessness on the first two front lines. It should be particularly noted that the necessary activities in the second and third front lines, with neglect of the first one, would result in further transfer of memory attractors on the level of individual and collective Consciousness in this and future generations, thus accumulating Quantum-holographic nonlocal loads that cause then not only diseases but also interpersonal conflicts, wars and other sufferings”;
TRANSLATION: Conventional Medicine (pharmaceuticals, imagining, surgery, vaccines, etc…) will leave negative energies within our energy field as well as the “Collective Consciousness” or “Mind Hive” that is transferable to future generations! The accumulation of these negative energies will cause not only disease but conflict!
This is in line with reawakened interest in the scientific study of Consciousness in past decades, with indications of appearance of the grand synthesis of the two modes of knowledge in the framework of a Quantum-holographic paradigm, where the role of each individual becomes indispensable due to the influence and care for collective mental environment, which is fundamental question of both spiritual and civic morality.
Hence everything considered above indicates the full significance of holistic education & behavior, clearly demonstrating ultimate necessity of redefining the global educational / informational / political goals, with the reorientation towards holistic gentle actions for global solutions of the world risk society.
TRANSLATION: The form of “Collective Consciousness” they are creating and the energy required to do this from the “HIVE” is what they are harvesting. Probably to transform themselves into GODs!
Do you understand that the science involved in this was never about treatment? They needed a means to control and subdue the population and now they are releasing frequencies that cause pain and disease! You see, these Nazi Scientists study medicine not to heal and treat someone but to determine HOW the disease is started!
Many diseases, including cancer, can be triggered by frequencies; Gordana Vitaliano for example, was not studying ADHD in children to treat them but to establish what caused it so they can induce ADHD in children! Mind control expert Dr. Elizabeth Rausher stated, “There are more harmful frequencies than good frequencies.”
On an aside, this treatment releases the patient from any and all Karma!
Would using tuning forks on the biofield and body be a dualistic therapy?

*****Everything you’ve listed, I have used or done. I am no longer using or doing those things. What, if anything, can be done to reverse the mind being fused with the body? Is it enough to just discontinue using and doing those things?

I worked out quite some time ago that the places on my body that are being ‘hit’ correspond to energy flow points, especially on the left foot. Refeloxoly & acupuncture points. The military & police fuckwits here in Cornwall have a thing for Asian/Philippine ethnic women & have brought them over to settle here with their children in huge numbers...dodging the normal immigration hurdles.
They have married some, others are set up as hookers, others run holistic & massage businesses, restaurants, etc...
I have also been looking into Ley Lines & how they are connected to the HAARP system grids across the earth.... It’s all connected. Our body energies & the planets energy systems & HAARP.
Since you put these articles up a few days ago on here my brain went into warp speed & it filled in the missing pieces for stuff I had been picking up during my meditations &’research for what I’ve been experiencing with the targeting since 2019..... I Knew it was all connected to energy systems & that means military experimentation... UK, US, CHINA, RUSSIA etc are All in league with eachother over what’s going on & always have been.
