In ancient texts from China, such as the Yellow Emperors Classic of Internal Medicine, light was thought to pass through the skin, not just through the eyes. It may then be expedient to wear red. I have been doing this since Feb 10th because it is the Year of the Dragon and that is my birth year.

I do have some amber lens Reflectacles and they definitely ease my eyes and seem to prevent the headaches and narcolepsy I was suffering before I received them. I also wear red lined, silver threaded EMF protective clothing, recently purchased too.

Chucking considerable cash at this.... and feeling the benefits!

This is true Frances, while most light enters through the eyes, it most certainly penetrates the skin to a lesser extent.

This is one of the major issues I have with most light therapies... the infrared and ultraviolet activates Luciferase for instance.

Hello, Shawn;

Thank you for the post. Some recommend using black & white mode for PC/cell phone users.

White light emits blue light. Some say red/black mode, but I believe that is dubious.
