The financial backers behind the Club of Rome are the insurance cartels in Switzerland and Italy. One of the main in-house economists to the Club of Rome, Orio Giarini, was the secretary-general of the Geneva-based International Association of Insurance Company Economists, a program set up by the Geneva Association with the aim of “encouraging research and economic analysis of uncertainty and insurance.” This association includes executives of almost 50 private insurance companies.
In October 1983, Giarini forward that “the past 10,000 years of the Neolithic age: characterized, by production of capital, are over,” and that the world was entering the age of the “service economy,” in which “risk and uncertainty” would be the predominant paradigm for nations and societies. Giarini asserted that “insurers and priests” would be the chief arbiters of social planning.
What does this mean? Insurance companies no longer want to make payouts to those they scammed trillions from with expensive premiums. The elderly, the handicapped, and the sick have very little chance of survival with “social planning.” If one thing holds true, the Globalists never change their pattern of destruction. During WWll, Allianz, a major insurance company, created and enforced “termination and refusal policies” for the payout of life insurance claims made by Jewish families and beneficiary payments went directly to the Nazis instead. Oh wait, what’s this? Allianz has a seat on the board of directors of the Geneva Association! 15

Hi Shawn, as a new subscriber, I’m really enjoying your posts. Below, I made this same comment under your “ PHONONS Are Key To Harvesting Consciousness” post, but I’m reposting this here as well, because I’d like to know how the technology control system they have in place, ie the 5G network system with all the cell towers, etc. will merge with the fiber optic systems that will govern the smart cities.

Commenting on your discussion on your PHONONS article, I wrote this:
“ I wonder if this is why many cities are moving to fiber optics for the internet? I think ( don’t quote me) that the smart cities will use fiber optics instead of the towers. Fiber optics use light as their power source. I think they call it “ Lifi” as opposed to Wifi?
They just installed it recently in my older neighborhood and it got me thinking of course, as to the “why”. I also wonder too, if this is the reason attention is being brought to the dangers of 5G cell towers now. Whereas, there wasn’t as widespread interest in it before.
Now it seems, the danger of cell towers is becoming more mainstream 🤔 I think they even market Lifi, fiber optics, as “safer” that the 5G towers. Hmmm….”
What I would like to know, if you’ve looked into this, is how they are going to merge the 5G cell towers (system) with the fiber optics system, which is totally different because these fiber optic cables are buried underground and are powered by light. ( as they have been done in my neighborhood for supposedly higher, smoother internet speeds)
And, is shutting down the grid, involved in shutting down these 5G towers to make way for the new reset fiber optic network in the smart cities? Just something I’m pondering.
Finally, does that Bluetooth Scalar Wave cube protect from fiber optics? If we even need protection from it? Perhaps, by the time all the smart cities are set up, people will have already become part of the matrix. And there would be no need for protection because by that time everyone still in the system, will be a Borg. A part of the system. And the fiber optics just brings it all together. I probably should have researched more about fiber optics, but not coming from a technical background, I can’t speak intelligently on it. But it does appear that this is their end goal of connecting their network of “everything” in these smart cities.
