This writing made me think of the movie I.Robot. 🤔 A movie to condition people to believe that it would be a great idea and would serve humanity well if AI had empathy. It won’t.
AI was more than likely developed by sociopaths who are incapable of empathy. Empaths are a sociopaths target to use. And not in a good way.
Being and empath can be both a blessing and a curse at times.
As long as we continue to interface with the cyber world, the machine will continue to gather data about the individual. No matter how seemingly inconsequential. Whether social media, health records, consumer purchases, what have you, a model/simulation is being constructed. The digital twin serves many purposes for a machine world that in some form has to rely on humans. Both benign (such as improve the interaction) or nefarious (such as total control). Digital currency will turbocharge this activity. Even though I try to minimize and avoid my interactions, I view it as inescapable. Might as well leave it a trail of insightful crumbs.
The machine will continue to gather what is available to refine your individual and a global human prototype model. At some point it deduces from your profile that you are a danger or divinely empowered and worthy of further scrutiny.
